Vineet, a passionate communicator, social change advocate, and natural-born entrepreneur, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2008 as the visionary founder of Kaizzen, aiming to bring a new dimension to the communications industry. Through a series of innovative endeavors, he nurtured the agency’s growth and instilled a cultural shift that has positioned Kaizzen as a prominent and independent agency in the realm of communications.

In 2009, his penchant for entrepreneurship struck once again, when he founded experiential marketing and events management – Craftsman Solutions Pvt Ltd. and another venture in 2017 – a young, emerging advertising firm called O Factor Communications.

In addition to this notable achievement, under Mr. Handa’s adept leadership, Kaizzen has attained the prestigious certification as a “Great Place to Work,” setting remarkable benchmarks for the entire industry. Also, Vineet’s unwavering commitment to minimizing Kaizzen’s environmental impact has established the agency as a front-runner in sustainability endeavors, serving as a beacon of inspiration for others in the industry.

The company is dedicated to creating a positive impact on society through sustainable and social initiatives. They have implemented green initiatives at the workplace, partnered with Rise Against Hunger, India (RAHI), supported vulnerable groups through collaborations with NGOs and community partners, distributed essential supplies to residents of AiR Humanitarian Homes, and organized art exhibitions to promote the unique talents of special children. These initiatives showcase the company’s commitment to bringing change and improving society at large.

More recently, he has been featured as one of the top 50 professionals and was also one of the 100 Most Important Professionals in 2020. Time and now he has delivered inspirational speeches and lectures to young professionals from the industry chairing several renowned panel discussions and conferences of reputed institutions. He has been a vocal advocate of continuous learning and development for budding communication professionals.

During an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Vineet has worked with ABCL, TERI “The Energy and Resources Institute” Delhi, and held various senior positions at Genesis Burson Marsteller (now Genesis BCW) and CMCG.

In recent events, Mr. Handa is also elected as the Secretary of PRCAI (Public Relations Consultants Association of India), India’s most significant communication industry association.
