Rashmi Mansharamani is a post graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur with over 20+ years of experience in diverse international and domestic organizations. She is a certified Master Assessment Expert, Executive Coach, Change Management Expert, a certified Business Storyteller & POSH Practitioner. She was awarded the Indira HR Super Achiever Award in October 2021 and one of the Most Influential HR Leaders in India by World HRD Congress in 2016. As a Chairperson of CII (HR & IR) WUP, she collaborates with industry leaders to discuss & develop smart solutions to address present/future challenges in the HR space. She interacts with government agencies & concerned authorities to put forward the concerns related to HR & IR of the industry that help augment ease of doing business. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Wave Group, a diversified conglomerate involved in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Wellness, and Education, Ms. Mansharamani has also held significant positions in ITC, United Breweries, Thapar Group, and international organizations like ICRC and CAF International. Her expertise lies in organization design and restructuring, talent pipeline development through a portfolio approach, change management, strategic HR alignment, process automation, digital HR, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance, and bridging the gap between academia and industry. She also actively works with the Universities and colleges and provides the students industry perspective.
