Rajlakshmi is a Learning Transformation and Operations Leader at Genpact, as well as Chief of Staff to the CHRO. She has over 20 years of experience across multicultural and matrixed organization leading capability build, consulting business in learning transformation, change management and client management. Her expertise include, talent development, leading transformation projects, navigating complex structures, learning technology & talent marketing. She has been the Deputy Editor of the People Matters magazine before joining Genpact.

She is one of the Top 40 HR leaders in India by Jombay ( #HR40Under40); has been listed in the Top 50 HR Influencers in India by SHRM and was recently recognized by ETHRWorld as one of the Top HR Influencers.

Rajlakshmi is an alumnus of Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer and has a Masters in Business Administration and is a Post Graduate in HR from XLRI, Xavier School of Management, India.
