Praval has been with Zoho for over a decade and is currently the VP of Marketing and Customer Experience. He and his team work on all brand-led initiatives at Zoho.

Back in 2008, Praval co-founded a digital agency that helped brands like Samsung, Maruti Suzuki, and NIIT with product launches, digital outreach, and web development in India.

Over the last 15 years—between his agency work and his time with Zoho—he has built marketing teams, launched products, developed go-to-market strategies, led digital workshops, and fostered critical partnerships. He lives in New Delhi, India and you can find him on Twitter @Praval.
