Nitin Jain is an alumnus of the University of Greenwich, London, who is currently active and a leader in the field of Investment Banking, Valuation, Strategic & Financial Consulting, and Mentoring. He is also a member of the Fund Management Committee. Having worked in multiple industries (pan-India and internationally) including infrastructure, renewable energy, BFSI (Micro Finance, Housing Finance), consumer, and technology, he has provided valuable advice to esteemed clients on long-term strategy development, financial resource allocation, and execution. Mr. Jain has also been a founding member of a startup, involved in all aspects from developing the business plan to fundraising, joint ventures, and pricing of products and services. He has extensive experience in fundraising deals with venture capitalists, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures (technical and financial), and cross-border transactions. He has worked closely with the National Productivity Council (NPC) in India, providing corporate finance training to directors from various public sector undertakings (PSUs) and government agencies. He has reviewed chapters for the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) certification modules on business plans and financial models, including valuation. He has also worked with funds (general partners) to raise funds from limited partners. Actively involved in various forums including PHD, ASSOCHAM, CII, FICCI, and more, he organizes and participates in industry, startup, and investor summits.
