She is the founder and director of People Talent International and has served as a business and HR consultant, partnering with multiple entrepreneurs. Ms. Maitra has held significant roles such as Country Director HR at Clifford Chance, Center Head HR at Convergys, and Head HR at Dalmia Group, Aptara, and Escorts Finance Ltd. She has received numerous accolades, including being named one of the 101 Women Social Media Influencers, a Top 100 Innovation HR leader by World HRD Congress, a Top 30 HR influencer by SHRM India, a Top 50 HR Influencer by SHRM APAC MENA, and an SHRM Official Influencer.
